Additionally, the Home screen is displaying all my usual options, and will successfully connect to and play my Favorite radio stations or tracks from my saved Music library. If I reboot the Radio, it starts up connecting to my WiFi network (the WiFi icon is white). But it seems Logitech has neither the resources nor any interest in that kind of support - at least not after the initial warranty period expired. I would happily send them back to some Logitech lab to be restored to their former, working condition. Through no fault of mine (other than enabling the auto-updating option), both of these expensive, beautiful-sounding radios have been transformed into bricks. However, even after that reset both of these once-amazing radios continue to behave as I've described above. Unfortunately it is true that my Home > Settings > Advanced > Diagnostics > General Info command is reporting Firmware Version 7.7.3 r16676 and the Software Update command displays the message "The software for this Squeezebox is up to date. The Logitech Media Server running on macOS (Sonoma) is v. My Squeezebox Radios are reporting software v. ![]() I really miss these remarkable, and wonderfully sounding Internet radios, and hope whatever auto-update began this terrible outcome - or my own 'factory reset' - didn't irrevocably ruin their chances of working again. if you have experienced something similar yet somehow managed to get your Squeezebox Radio(s) back up and running, I would be immensely grateful for your HELP. Sadly, the factory reset didn't change anything at all: whereas the radios are able to re-connect to my LAN, I cannot find a way to get past whatever log jamb is preventing them from re-connecting to. Somewhere on this forum I believe I read that the auto-downloaded software contained some coding error that reports incorrect version information to the server, and that the only option remaining would be to do a factory reset of the radios, which I did. A couple years ago, I believe an update auto-installed which somehow caused my radios to be unable to connect to.
